What To Wear to Bed (and Beyond)

I just need to start off here by stating that after the age of maybe 12, I haven’t been a getting-dressed-for-bed kind of person, usually just relying on old tees and tank tops as sleeping “outfits.” But I’m finding all of these cute pajama sets I’ve been seeing really hard to ignore, especially since we’re all spending so much time futzing around the house these days, and what great futzing looks they are! So I bring you a whole bunch of pjs from comfy to actually chic, starting with this fabulous slouchy black set that is definitely a cool and glamorous ensemble to wear in bed and wherever else. Seriously, you could dress this up with heels and earrings and call it black tie!

Lunya’s cotton/linen/silk set is a way sexier take on classic menswear pajamas.

This fun floral suit from Uniqlo is fun in a Marcia Brady-sleepover-party kind of way, and you could even tuck the top into black jeans.

Here’s a classic dad pair in the perfect blue from J. Crew.

Cynthia Rowley’s cotton pant has a nice little crop and fun red drawstring. The matching top is super cute too — I would actually split this up and wear each piece as an outside look (the top with jeans and the pants with a cashmere turtleneck).

This pretty set has subtle flowers that feel quiet enough for sleepy time.

Here’s another great polka dot silk number that could be split up and worn as separates.

This slouchy-cool champagne silk pant  and matching tee from Vince is really just too pretty to just save for slumber!

The top part of this sweet little floral get-up reminds me so much of a great Agnés b. top I used to have.
