In The Mood For a Chunky Sweater

As it is finally getting into bone-chilling territory, I decided to look around for some substantial knitwear, because not only is it obviously toasty, but it also just looks cool. This &Other Stories turtleneck, like everything here, is cozy and chic all at once.

Everlane’s ribbed fisherman sweater is kind of perfect, and comes in many good shades.

Here’s a cool cashmere blend mustard version of a classic shetland-style pullover from All Saints. The gray and black are no-brainers too.

I ordered this Mango open cardi the minute I laid eyes on it, and I’m pretty sure I will wear it all the time (and sometimes with one of these pins to close it).

Of course I couldnt not include something from Nili Lotan, so I choose this fabulous Alpaca blend oatmeal turtleneck with extra long sleeves for maximum coziness.

And now for a pretty lapis blue ski sweater that’s cropped enough to wear perfectly with higher-waist pants.

I love how this wrap cardigan from Topshop ties just once and a bit lower than usual.

Anne Bing’s slouchy rust specimen features a loose knit and big sleeves that give it a slight punky vibe.

This guy from Alex Mill look like the real-deal Aran style in the very perfect oatmeal.

And here is a nice pop of red that would look particularly good with gray jeans.
