Best of The Week: 7/10/20

I’ve been wearing more dresses and skirts lately, which is something that happens every summer, naturally. This CP Shades flowy cotton and silk number looks so easy and chic and would mix well with everything from tanks to button-downs now, and sweaters and boots down the line. When I ordered my Tower 28 Bronzer, they threw in a sample of Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash, and now I’m totally hooked. It’s foamy yet gentle and smells so good.

I love the back of this otherwise classic Button-down shirt. And it would look even cooler tucked in!

I bought ACV Scalp Scrub, and let me tell you this stuff is fabulous. It’s so invigorating and really deep cleans (especially after a day at the beach), and was even better in conjunction with my beloved Hairstory scrubber brush!

I just love Clare V’s classic tote in denim. Just a great carryall for summer and all year, really.

I am constantly crushing on  Oui the People’s Featherweight Hydrating Gloss on Instagram, because who doesn’t want her skin to look all dewy and glowy without the greasy feel? Time to pull the trigger on this one.

I love this Bowery mesh bra by Liberté that is plunge-y enough for lower necks, with enough coverage and support  to wear under tees.

These No 6. slides are the kind of thing you’d just slip on all summer without a second thought — cute and easy, the perfect combination!

Here’s a pretty cotton/rayon Doen-ish blouse for just twenty bucks.

I am making so many salads these days, and since I can’t get with drying lettuce with paper towels, or worse yet, not even washing it, I cannot do without my handy salad spinner. I’ve tried many and this is the winner! Bonus: Gino thinks it’s a toy, so I’m actually getting a little extra help in the kitchen.

  1. Thank you for the salad spinner recommendation! I’ve been looking for one for awhile and they all looked cheap. A friend recently told me she uses one to dry cashmere and delicates, I may get two…

  2. I use my salad spinner every single day. But have never once use it for cashmere. I am totally going to try it!

  3. I really like that ClaireV bag and it’s a copy of their leather bag but much bigger, right? And I use that salad spinner almost every day!

  4. I’ve also been eyeing the gloss from Oui The People. That packaging is just the best too. Let us know what you think!

  5. My daughter is crazy for Ursa Major face wash and also their face balm (moisturizer?). I love the CP Shades skirt – I think they’re highly under-rated!

    1. I had the skirt in my cart and the chickened out due to the price (but might go back and grab it).

    1. I would love it over a bodysuit or with a tee tucked in. Could also look cool with a button down tucked in or a baggy tee tucked out. Xx
