The Edit: Gap

I usually find one or two random things here (and lots of baby clothes for my boy), but right now they have more than a few things to want. I will start with this pretty special indigo floral jacket that really would spice up just about any outfit — picture it over a floaty floral dress, a white tee and white jeans or as an alternative suit jacket for work. Also, they’re constantly having crazy sales, and right now everything is 40% off, so snag what you want now!

I’ve never really thought of Gap for shoes except the occasional espadrille, but this bare sandal is a great, sexy summer staple.

cream “denim” jacket is a nice change from blue or black. And this one is perfectly plain and non-descript, which is pretty much what you want in a jean jacket.
Wide army-green pants can be dressed up with heels or down with clogs.
We can all use a good straw hat for summer and I love the indigo stripes here.
Peasant tops are great anytime in my book, and so are denim shirts. Put the two together et voila!
A utilitarian wrap skirt has a very French normcore, A.P.C. vibe.
Summer scarves are key for air-conditioning, evening breezes and impromptu picnics in the grass. This cool shibori one would also work as a pareo at the beach.
I’ve been into narrow sweatpants lately and these are pretty stellar.

Yasss I love that wrap skirt and that jacket is a pretty great knock off of a current elliott vibe from last year that I had pinned..

Gap did have amazing shoes for a few season when they had their Pierre Hardy collab- I kept those shoes FOREVER.. those little minimal suede sandals are pretty damn cute too.

    Nice edit!
