Beauty Roundup: Game Changers

The other day I got an email from my friend Liz who was raving about this moisturizer, calling it a real ‘game changer’. I thought that was a great idea for a post — products that really make a huge difference. So here is a roundup of a few more — some I swear by and a couple that other friends are raving about.

I’ve said it before and I have to say it again. This product is stupid expensive but completely worth it — my eyes have never looked better, so it’s worth its weight in gold if you ask me.
My sister’s key product is La Roche-Posay Rosaliac CC Cream which I think was originally intended for people with rosacea, which she does not have, but she says it takes any red out and smooths everything perfectly, plus it’s got an SPF of 30.
January Labs Power Peel Exfoliant is one of my favorite quick-fix products ever ever. Use it when your skin needs a pick-me-up and watch it transform you from blah to super glowy.
My friend Anne, who can’t stand when her hair frizzes, uses Kevin Murphy Smooth Again shampoo and conditioner, which she says works like a charm.
I honestly don’t know what I would do without Bobbi Brown All Over Bronzing Gel, which, when I mix it with tinted moisturizer, makes my winter-sallow skin look fresh and summery.
Another of my favorites is Living Proof Full Thickening Cream, which smells too perfumey but makes hair look truly incredible.

Wow, excited to try the Glow & GoPower Peel Exfoliant, I trust anything that has cinnamon as a base, such a powerful healer, and rejuvenator.

A few drops of coconut oil is a must-have for the face. No specific product is needed.

I’ve had a challenging time finding a BB or CC product that doesn’t irritate my skin – can’t wait to try that La Roche-Posay!

I do have rosacea, so I’m up for trying your sis’s favorite CC Cream. (I’m a Foundation hater)
And of course, January Labs Power Peel…Big thumbs up!

How do you use the Sisley eye cream? I bought it after reading your blog and the reviews on Nordstrom. Are you using it as directed? At night? As an eye cream in the morning? Under makeup? Without removing? I’m tired of my tired eyes!

Hi! I use it at night and just leave it on. Then I dab it on before putting on tinted moisturizer. xx
